After graduating from Aleppo University Medical School in 1996, Dr. Kouli started his internship in surgery at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He then proceeded to Drexel University in Philadelphia for his general surgical residency.

His dedication to beauty prompted him to complete a fellowship in weight loss surgery at the University Medical Center at Princeton in Princeton, New Jersey and a fellowship in cosmetic surgery in Seattle, Washington.

June Hill is a San Diego native and a licensed Holistic Health Practitioner that has been practicing massage, bodywork, body contouring, and post-operative care for patients in the Med-Spa Industry for the last 16+ years.

Due to June’s excellent work ethic and expertise, her patients love her treatments, and her honesty about realistic expectations and results.

Over the years, June has been trained, and certified in 12 different technologies, all centered around medical massage and lymphatic work. Her work is focused on skin tightening, cellulite improvement, and inch loss for body contouring, as well as post-operative treatment for patient care.

Highlights in her career include, leading a massage therapy team of 13 at the #1 medical spa in the country for many years. During that time, she trained and developed the staff, wrote the body care portion of the spa menu, as well as created protocols for all body care and post-operative treatments. She has taught at a local holistic health college, consulted and trained staff at other doctor’s offices and medical spas.

June has been happily married for 15 years, and has 3 beautiful children that she loves spending time with. Her hobbies include cooking and baking, Jazzercise, reading, and spending time with extended family and close friends.

Megan joined the Esthetica of San Diego team in 2014 as Front Office Manager. She joined Dr. Kouli after working for another local aesthetic medical office for over 2 years. Her education and back ground in restaurant management and as a paralegal serves her primary focus of building patient relationships.

She is dedicated to helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals by being a warm and caring Patient Advocate. As a Patient Liaison, she will be there to answer any questions you may have before and after your visit as well as help bridge a positive and open relationship with our practice.

Julie is our Medical Assistant & Surgical Technician who has worked alongside Dr. Kouli since he opened his practice in Coronado. She has more than 24 years’ experience in the cosmetic surgery field. She works closely with Dr. Kouli to help with the clinical responsibilities of patient care and treatment. She is also a great resource for answering any of your questions regarding recovery and post-operative care. She does a great job to ensure each patient is as comfortable as they can be before and after surgery. Julie’s friendly personality is a great asset to our surgery center.

Outside the office, Julie is a very active volunteer and board member at Lions, Tigers &Bears Sanctuary in Alpine. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends whether she is fishing in Yosemite with her husband and son. Nascar races with her parents and sisters, spending time with her Granddaughter, camping at the beach with her friends, or taking care of the many animals at LTB wherever and whatever it is as long as she is with her family, friends, or animals she is happy.

Kim Mosh was born in Germany and moved to La Jolla at the age of 7. Loving her new environment Kim continued her college education in San Diego at the University of San Diego, where she received her B.A. in Communication Studies emphasis in speech and minor in Business Administration.

She always had a sincere passion for aesthetics. During her college years she got a lot of exposure to the field and loved it.

After college she dove into medical device sales with cross training doing marketing and consultations for surgeons.

With 14 years of experience in the industry, Kim has vast knowledge of cosmetic procedures combined with a passion to help people achieve their desired results. Kim is straightforward as well as compassionate to the patients needs.

In Kim’s personal time she likes to walk along the beach and train in martial arts. Kim is fluent in German and Farsi.

Veronica is our practice manager at our Del Mar location, and recently celebrated her 16 year anniversary with the practice. She has a strong background in the customer service and cosmetic industry. She was a traveling artist Estee Lauder, and MAC make-up artist at Nordstrom. She loves talking to patients and making sure they have a legendary experience with our practice.

Veronica has 3 beautiful children, was born and raised in San Diego County. Her hobbies include soccer, softball, hiking and spending time with her family.

Veronica strives to give the best customer service, and enjoys to see patients happy with their results.
